A handwoven Advah tallit is truly unique. Made from a special blend of silk and handspun cotton, the tallit is heavenly soft and luxurious without being heavy. These are made in small batches and no two are exactly the same. Read more about the artisans who weave these tallits here.
Tzedek is the Hebrew word for justice. Inspired by the words in a prayer for peace: "Let justice roll down like the waters and righteousness like an everflowing stream." This Tzedek tallit holds every color of water, with a royal blue background striped with silver, indigo and turquoise stripes.
40% silk/60% handspun cotton. The shawl size is 24" x 78". That tallit gadol size is 47" x 78", and is a great size to use as a chuppah or wedding tallit. Both come with a handmade bag to store your tallit.
We use certified Kosher wool tzitzit made in Israel. You can choose to purchase a tallit with tzitzit which are already tied, or to tie them yourself. Many of our bar/bat mitzvah customers prefer to do this mitzvah together as a family--we will supply detailed instructions as well as the tzitzit strings if you choose this option.
